Dia Feliz ADHC
Is a community-based and non-residential program that provides nursing care, supervision, and health-related support services in a structured group setting to participants 18 years of age or older who have physical, cognitive, or behavioral health
impairments and supports families and other caregivers by enabling the participant to live in the community.
Our Mission
- Maintain quality of life and well-being for our participants.
- Help our participants feel comfortable, safe and make their day a wonderful moment.
- Offers respite to caregivers and families who take care for an adults and seniors who cannot be left alone during the day also to keep them in the community.

Nurses
Medical supervision by a professionally trained staff of Nurses and
Program Aides.
Complete care assessments developed for each participant by our team.
Management and administration of medications, including injections,
wound care, blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring.
Assistance with activities of daily living and mobility.

Games
Our participants are encouraged to participate in groups or individual for socialization and recreation. The proposal is for them to have fun and relieve stress.
Healthy Food
Good nutrition is important, no matter what your age. It gives you energy and prevent some diseases.
To meet these needs, our nutritionist select foods and beverages rich in vitamins, nutrients, and low-fat or fat-free dairy products.

Dia Feliz is a hidden treasure. The staff are warm, kind, helpful and welcoming to clients and family. The clients are a mix of younger and older adults, independent and those who need a little more help. This program is a wonderful social program and happy place for the clients. I am so happy to recommend this group of people who provided such a vital support for my loved one.
